Email: Quarantined a Message with an Attachment
From Customer Business Rules
In order to protect the Hit email system, we use a product called Google Mail Security. All messages that are sent to Hit Promotional Products are first routed through Google in order to provide antispam, antivirus, and record archiving.
If you receive an email and in the subject line it reads: "Hit Promotional Products Quarantined a Message with an Attachment", it means that a message that was sent to you has been flagged as being spam, has a virus, or has been blocked for some other reason. If you need to retrieve these emails, you will need to login to the your Google Message Center and type in your Google Mail Security username and password. This is different than your windows user name and password.
If you don't know your Google Mail Security password, email itsupport@hitpromo.net and we will reset it.
Once logged in, you will see a real-time list of quarantine mail. From this screen you can press the "deliver" button in order to deliver your mail, and the mail will be delivered in under five minutes.
It is important to note, you will only get a notification for emails that contain attachments.
