Per Quasha Brown - set up is waived for UHC orders (united health care)
Per Kurt Rafdal -$10 net copy change charges for UHC orders (united health care)
Per Kurt Rafdal - no charge initial proofs for all orders moving forward. Any additional proofing will be $12 net per.
