1)  EQP Pricing- please send them the exceptions list for this as well.


2) No handling fees on orders when shipping 3rd party/their account


3) We will offer blank pricing in the catalog.....for those items without blank pricing listed.....5% off EQP.


4) NO LTM charges as long as the PO is for 75% of the minimum catalog quantity.
