Please supply shipper number, as freight will be charged. N/C for first proof on all orders. Rush service available at no additional fee. ( see attached.) See website for items included in this service Coop programs must be set-up through Bruce Gibb…. Exact repeat orders are N/C for set-ups.

Indoff can use their shipper number on their orders, if they so desire for no added cost. Handling charges will still apply.
