  • $5.00 split dest charge after 1st one
  • No charge samples w/shipper #. Higher value items we will need to charge for samples at eqp net price
  • Sets ups are $20 net for initial orders and $10 net for repeat 1 color 1 l location orders. These setups charges do not apply on Admints items.
  • Setups for orders requiring 4 color transfers is $20 net per color.
  • Full set up applies to subcontracted items.
