Program Pricing- per Emmanuel Jacob reorders -waived setup

For program pricing – it is EQP waived setup for one color imprints.

For any full color items, it is EQP with a full setup and applicable run charges.

I’ll waive the first proof charge for each - best practice is to notate a repeat for each concurrent order.
