B&B Pricing Benefits:

• Pricing: EQP. Exceptions: Magnets Bumper Stickers E-flute Boxes and AB25 (must order MOQ of 2500 units AND in increments of 2500 units to receive 25K price).

• Set Up: Full Setup for items on initial orders. All Re-Orders are WAIVED within 1 year of last order (or a program), otherwise 1/2 of the original Setup (which can vary based on category).

o Exceptions: NO Re-Order Setup on the AB25 Advertising Mint Box if artwork is identical.

o And for any item coded with AD/AZ or 4 digits as the item code, WAIVED Repeat Setups.

• Minimums: 1st column as per Admints website. LTM: Offers LTM on most products. One-half first column price, and $35 NET LTM. Lanyards are $85 NET.

o *No LTM on IWM Mints (individually wrapped mints), boxes, magnets, bumper stickers, Zagasnacks, and chocolate bar 2 ounce)

• Proofs: $15 NET

• Samples: ALL SAMPLE Requests for B&B require a SHIPPER Account # to send them on. Free Samples on all products under $10.00 Net - if over $10.00 Net, B&B reps pay EQP Price for item.

Samples generally ship within 24-48 hours of request however, requests normally go out the next business day.

NOTE: Same day sample cut off is 1PM Eastern. If after 1PM EST must CALL Tommy directly to see if exception can be made.

o Blank: N/A

o Random: Yes – standard - with pre-approved artwork already printed.

o Spec: Case-by-Case basis: MUST call and request to speak with Tommy.

• Self-Promo: NO setup - EQP price, 7-10 business days.

• Rush Orders: If order goes through Tommy specifically no rush fee. No other rep inside or outside can approve this except for Tommy.

• Freight: B&B reps are able to utilize the HIT EQUAL program for 3-Day shipping at a ground rate. This MUST BE specified on the Purchase Order (ZERO exceptions to this rule.)

o NOTE: HIT EQUAL does NOT apply to samples requests.
