• N/C setup for Charter Schools logos - Proforma Program - Orders will be marked with the Program number 336172_Item# _School Name - when OS'ing artwork you must go to art tracking and look up 336172 and OS the dummy file and note to see PO for item number and school logo. You must also add a top note on the order with that so nothing is missed in art. These are all saved on the P drive in art storage. Any questions on these orders contact Tracy Fraser

*2nd line: ::PROFORMA PROGRAM:: ART FILE SAVED UNDER 336172_(ITEM#)_(INTIALS OF ART, like this one I would just put WOOD)
*3rd line: N/C SET UP – PRICING QUOTED PER CHRIS PLATT
*Drop it like a normal order  
*Outsourcing the art – go to hitart look up 336172 – there is a dummy file and OS that file and, always put SEE PO in the notes.

• N/C setup - Brain Pickers Program - Purchase order will be marked n/c setup per Brain Pickers Program - this will be for orders that for $250.00 or more - excludes colorbright orders - but is okay for multi-color imprints and locations.

• ALL Bioguard orders need to ship on a 3rd party FedEx ACCT#239246451

• N/C SETUPS on any "BIOGRUARD" order.

• N/C SETUPS on any "BURGERFI" order.

• Orders that have the name "Sherry Wow" on them are to get $15.00 setups

• Gets $1.00 handling fees

• EQP MINUS 2.5% ON ALL PROFORMA ORDERS UNLESS ITEM IS EXEMPT FROM EQP

• SELF PROMOS - MOST ITEMS (NON EXEMPT EQP ITEMS) EQP MINUS 20% OFF - HALF PRICE SETUP - AS LOW AS HALF THE MINIMUM QTY.

• NO CHARGE SAMPLES - UNLESS ITEM IS EQP EXEMPT

• DO NOT SHIP FEDEX COLLECT ON PROFORMA ORDERS

• NO CHARGE FOR SPECS/PREPROs on MOST items (all that qualify)

• NO PMS CHARGE ON STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS

• NO CHARGE FOR EMAIL PROOFS AT ALL - ON ANY PROFORMA ACCOUNT

• N/C REORDER SETUPS; IF ORDER THEY ARE REPEATING WAS DONE WITH IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

• N/C LTM fees on Iron Mountain (logo) orders - must order at least half the min.

• Item#34 Trademark: Vertskebap/rotisserie meats - 2nd side run charge reduced to $0.03 net per pc (per Chris Platt on 10/7)
