Email: White List a Sender
From Customer Business Rules
Sometimes mail from a specified domain will be sent to your SPAM filter each time the person sends mail. This can be caused by numerous different reasons, usually due to a virus or email misconfiguration somewhere on the sender's network.
If this occurs, and you wish to prevent an email address from going into your SPAM folder, you will need to login to the your Google Message Center and type in your Google Mail Security username and password. This is different than your windows user name and password.
If you don't know your Google Mail Security password, email itsupport@hitpromo.net and we will reset it.
Once logged in, you will see a real-time list of quarantine mail. From this screen:
- Click on the top right corner where it says: "My Settings"
- Under "Junk Settings", click on "Approve Senders"
- From this screen you can enter individual email addresses (by adding them to "Approved Senders" or white list an entire domain by adding their domain (example.com) to "Approved Domains"
