All orders are to ship via DDP unless PO specifies otherwise when shipping from FL location. ship via WEWW If the order is shipping FOB Florida or from any other location - proceed with TBA for ship method.
Sticker charge is to net CAD at 0.41 so enter as 0.306 net USD so it converts correctly except for CAT orders which are 0.13CAD or 0.10 USD

If Staples Canada has a quote on their PO and the pricing is different than EQP, use the quote pricing even if it is higher than EQP.(per Mike Merkin) We will continue to quote Staples Canada for programs/coops FOB Toronto in Canadian dollars, however the pricing is EQP Plus 5% and will bill at that quoted price no matter what.
