Email: Adding Another Mailbox to Your Outlook

Once you run the setup script for Customer Service/Sales, the script will automatically assign your mailbox to your profile. In order to accomplish your job as efficiently as possible you may need one of the following mailboxes in addition to your own:

• Proofs--Allows you to view sent proofs
• One Day Turn--Allows you to view orders that were sent to onedayturn@hitpromo.net
• Orders--Allows you to see pending orders.
• Another Person's Mailbox--If someone is out sick, or you routinely need to see another person's mailbox, you can add their mailbox to your Outlook.
