1. Pricing in AS400 is correct. If price is higher on PO, please correct to pricing in AS400. If pricing is lower than what is in AS400, email for clarification.

• • • PROGRAM ORDERS for TM - CPR (Cell Phone Repair) ***

1. All set up charges will be reduced to $20.00
2. All re-order set up charges will be waived (must be exact re-order with zero changes)
3. All embroidery tape charges will be waived
4. Approved for 24 Hour RUSH Service per Ashlee 1/18/13
5. Per Ashlee 6/24/2014 no change of thread charges on hat, bag or blanket orders

LTM fee - $20 net PMS fee - $20 net Handling fee - $1.50 net per box Drop ship fee - $5 per location

DARDEN PROGRAM ORDERS:

1. For LTM orders, the charge will be reduced to $20 net and Momentum will STILL get EQP pricing on the items 2. Set ups will be reduced to the re-order set up charge fee which is normally $20 net 3. For EXACT re-orders, the re-order set up charge will be waived 3. PMS color match charge will be reduced to $20 net (half of our standard $40)
