  1. All orders must contain packing slips
  2. On all orders shipping to Gateway's corporate address:

We need to send to the attention of the name of the program/Imprint. For example, Attn: Edward Jones.

  1. On all orders shipping to the address above, GatewayCDI's PO# must be incorporated into the information on shipping address.
  2. ALL ORDERS MUST BE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF OF CARTONS: 1 OUT OF HOW MANY CARTON. FOR EXAMPLE: 1 OUT OF 4 CARTONS, 2 OUT OF 4 CARTONS, ETC.
