EQP status is determined on the previous year's orders: if the company did more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales with us, they should be automatically set up on EQP for the current year. (Prior Year's Sales can be viewed in the AS400, screens 21, then 18. If the customer did more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales and is not set up on EQP, email Linda Phillips to correct.)

Accounts that did not have more than $10,000 in Prior Year's Sales may be set up on EQP in certain instances, but this must be set up by the Sales Rep
