Pricing in AS400 is not correct

See attached file for pricing: Media:Deluxe_pricing.pdf‎.

NOTE: Use pricing in the 2nd column marked "2010 pricing"

Set-ups $25 net

N/C proofs

new pricing for #5916 - ONLY APPLIES TO 48 PIECE ORDERS - $1.80 net

1022 Washed Cap- $ 2.99 net

1046 Wave Cap- $ 2.55 net

All caps include up to 8,000 stitches. Run charge per additional 1,000 is $0.20 net. Side or back embroidery - $1.25 net up to 6,000 stitches.

Shipping Instruction

The delivery date is not always correct, as this is just an estimate. Go by the normal standard production and use the ship method noted on the order.

If there is a need for a Rush order, this would be pre-arranged and noted on the purchase order.
