  • for 100-150 pieces and the order should be here before the end of Sept 2010
  • Item # 9472 5,000 pieces $.93 net add $1.00 net run charge for full color imprint *$150.00 set-up charge $25.00 net set up for one color imprint quoted per CJ 9/16/10
  • 3-5 working days after proof approval for one color imprint 10 working days for full *color imprint after proof approval.
