  1. If out of stock, DO NOT process. Email us to determine replacement.
  2. If ship to address is Russell A. Farrow Limited (RAF) the Carrier Service should be under Suppler Instructions (usually FedEx Ground) and go 3 days out for an in hands date. (An in hands date MUST be listed on EVERY order!)
  3. If item 898 is requested in blue there will need to be a top note added to give traveler to Carey and make note that stock will need to be pulled from container 43267 or 47170 - (blue stock olny)
  4. If over 200 pcs of a non-woven tote requesting more than one imprint color, a top note will need to be added for traveler to come back to Carey.
  5. If item requested is #555 please DO NOT process, put on hold and email us to advise.
  6. If item requested is #4013 in Pink (only pink) DO NOT process, put on hold and email us to advise.
  7. If requested ship date is giving less than 4 days production, a top note will need to be added to have traveler be returned to Carey.
  8. If a ceramic mug is requested, before processing look at the ship to address. If going to California. DO NOT process, email us to advise.
  9. If the ship to address is listed as a PO box, proceed with address as TBA, and send us an email to advise. Please provide the po# in the email.
  10. If item #404 is requested, DO NOT process. Put on hold and email us.
