1. Bruce Gibb in sales agreed to give Fairway Mfg $20.00 net set-up charges on new orders (per color), and no charge set-up charges on exact repeats.
2. Please pay close attention to requested ship dates -- Some Fairway purchase orders do request future ship dates
3. Per Bruce Gibb in Sales, Fairway MFG is to be charged $16.00 net change of imprint color charge.
4. Item # 9006E - Minimum 50 pcs - $4.79 net each. Includes up to 5,000 stitches. Over 5,000 add $25.00 net digitizing charge per 1,000 stitches, and .25 net running charge per 1,000 pcs per item.
5. All embroidered caps: Per Bruce 4-26:

The embroidery deal Steve and I made was done almost 2 years ago. The deal moving forward in 2012 will be: A) Embroidery up to 8,000 stitches B) Minimum of 48 caps. C) Free tape up to 8,000 stitches

Over 8,000 stitches: Tape Charge: $25.00 per thousand stitches Running Charge: $ .25 per thousand stitches

• Both of these are still under catalog pricing.
• Catalog allows for 7,000 stitches and I am giving you 8,000 stitches.
