. Please enter these new rules for 2024 until Feb 7th, 2025, moving forward:

- NO ART PROOF NEEDED. PROOF WAIVED Per Rosa Martin, Any-promo's Director, the art is already approved by the final customer.

• If the order is less than $500.00 net, we proceed with art as is - no credits or redos.

• If the order is more than $500.00 net, and the art is small/filling in, we request a recommended option and show it to the AnyPromo rep. He will confirm how to proceed with final art.

- Through the end of the year, 2024, we are going to waive setups on all 1-color and lasered drinkware/ceramic orders. No code needed - Valid Date: until Feb 7th, 2025. Approved by Tommy Levin (outsourced items exception)

- Free setup on 1-color, 1-location (Silk-Screen) jobs over $350.00 net total invoice. No code needed - Valid Date: until Feb 7th, 2025. Approved by Tommy Levin (outsourced items exception)

• Setup charge for 2nd location will be charged if order if over $350.00 net total

• This is not applicable for lasered/debossed orders.

• If a lasered/debossed order total fee is over $350.00 net, 50% off setup applies. -when the order is new only.

• A repeat lasered/debossed incurs in a 50% setup fee (outsourced items exception)

- If a Full-Color/Multi-color new orders apply 50% off setup (outsourced items exception.).

- If the order is less than $350.00 net value, 50% off all setups including laser and debossed (outsourced items exception, full setups on sub-contracted items).

- N/C on 1-color 1-location job repeat (lasered/debossed and outsourced items excluded)

• The set-up charge is now required for the IWM-Mints and IWM-Mints FC in full ($52.00 net set up) going forward or until further notice. The individually wrapped mints are unable to have waived setups whether new or repeat, regardless of Bizrules.

- 50% off setup for multi-color repeats

- QR Code Fee $50.00 net

- Dropship fee of $4.00 net after the first location

- ALL SUNGLASSES STYLES @ EQP -$0.05 net -- Dropping item cost for #6219 & #8219 to $1.394 Net for until Feb 7th, 2025 -- / #5790 - 20 Oz. Himalayan Tumbler at $4.99 Net until Feb 7th, 2025

- ALL SUNSCREEN ITEMS AT EQP -$0.05 net

- 3K extra stitches @ n/c on embroidered items.

• Free Tape in all embroidery orders.

- NO LTM CHARGE for ½ quantity of items priced @ $2.25+ net / If LTM fee applies, AnyPromo keeps EQP.

• $40.00 net LTM fee when applicable.

- Blanks Pieces - Keep EQP pricing.

• When Blank pieces are LTM, AnyPromo keeps EQP - if the item allows it (Some items do not qualify to LTM for Blank.).

- AnyPromo pays EQP unit price for blank Brand Name items. No exceptions.

- BrüMate items cannot be sold blank per provider. They need to be printed; AnyPromo pays for these items.

- Eligible 1-day Rush client, $40.00 net rush fee. / WAIVE RUSH FEE for 2-day and 3-day rushes. We charge just 1-day rush.

• 1-color, 1-location Silk-Screen available for Rush service.

- No over/unders

- No handling charge

- 15% restocking fee

- No charge for spec/random samples for in-house products (Outsourced items excluded/Outsourced items are sold with EQP Pricing)

- $20.00 net ink change

- $40.00 net PMS Match Charge per color

- We can assort colors as long as the quantities are not breaking cartons.
