Per Donna Hearl letter rec'd 12/1/23 from previous owner (Kerns Company Inc): Effective 1/1/24 I sold my business to Cutting Edge of Aurora IA. This sale includes all screens, dyes, plates, etc and all prior order information for our entire client base. The new owner Brett DeVour of Cutting Edge will have exclusive access to all information on orders previously submitted by Kerns company inc. and produced by your company.
