Here are some notes for Canada to help with questions you may have. The following are some notes and walk throughs for Canada to assist anyone that might need it. There are two basic price points and shipping methods for Canadian orders/accounts. There are also two to three types of accounts who might order. 1- Regular US account needing to buy something and ship to Canada 2- Canada account billing in US funds 3- Canada account billing In CN funds Examples below

US account such as 118923 (bills from TX)

Canada account billing in USD 784001

Canada account billing in CDN 784005

For type 1 account, needing to buy and ship to Canada. I always recommend buying in US funds and shipping on their supplied account to bill all taxes brokerage and duties. For type 2 and 3 account, they can buy and ship one of two ways. We offer FOB Largo/direct or FOB Vaughan 1- Largo, this means they pay same as account type 1, which is US pricing and ships on a supplied account Pricing is just normal EQP/column pricing you would use normally.

2- Vaughan, this means they pay a higher unit cost that includes brokerage and duties, this ships on our shipping account and we clear it. With Vaughan it also leads to the way they are billed. US will bill in US funds but still include the brokerage and duties. CAD will bill in CAD funds and still include brokerage and duties. To find pricing, click Canada , then select US or CAD

When shipping direct on their shipper, the tracking number will be active when it leaves HIT and they will be billed for shipping and clearing the order. When shipping Vaughan on our shipper, the tracking will not be active for 5 days when it leaves HIT. this is due to us shipping once a day to Canada on a consolidated truck(all orders bound for Canada) I am given a master tracking to monitor the journey to the hub. Once it gets to the hub, they unload and give to UPS (or desired courier) and the tracking activates. From the hub , depending on where it ships, the tracking from the hub to end location will be upwards of one day The hub is location in Vaughan. The address is below. We are also able to ship to the hub for pick up if desired. Links Warehousing & Fulfillment 553 Basaltic Road Vaughan, ON. L4K 4W8

Once it arrives at the hub: ON to ON is one day ON to MB is 1-2 days ON to QC is 2 days ON to SK is 3 days ON to AB is 4 days ON to BC is 5 days ON to Yukon/NW/outer island 6 days.

If you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out. For billing, you have to have entry “enter as” USD pricing is AS400/CRM to be billed correctly. to elaborate, when the order is entered in USD, it converts to CDN properly in HR/invoicing. For example, 11590462 bills in CDN, in cRM you can see it was entered as $1.10 NET US and then in HR it is $1.4874 CAD

When shipping ground:

Vaughan is UPCST for UPs and FXCAG for Fedex Largo is UPSIC for UPS and FDXIG for Fedex When shipping air: UPSI is express 2-3 days UPSIE expedited is two day UPSIW saver is overnight

Lastly for those who have Canadian billed accounts, if you have to write a credit memo, write it in USD and it will invoice/credit in CDN.:)
