- No over/under runs
- No handling charges

2. All orders MUST be entered by 2pm EST.
There are ZERO Exceptions to this.
These orders will ship Next Day or 2 Days (depending on the product)
All Proofs MUST be waived
In the event that a Client refuses to order due to this and MUST see a proof, we WILL make an exception and offer a Proof. However, we cannot be responsible for the Proof Approval not being “approved” in time.
3. All orders MUST specify the following on the PO:
a. “24 Hour” or “48 Hour” Depending on which item
b. Proof WAIVED
i. In the event that a Client Must see a Proof, we cannot be responsible for the Proof Approval not being “approved” in time.
4. MOST Importantly – The PO’s MUST come over to the Order Entry Department (Email: Orders@Admints.com ) Complete! There are ZERO Exceptions to this.
a. There will not be enough time for our team and your team to go back-and-forth due to missing information
i. This can apply to any of the following:
1. Missing info for Ship-to Addresses, Shipper Account Numbers, lack of information regarding Flavors, Fills, Quantities, and if applicable, any general responses when the Orders Team needs to confirm any pertinent info (such as Pricing)
5. If needed, orders may be placed on the Admints 3Day FED-EX Upgrade Account
