KITTING COST

Kitting Up to 3 items (see note 1) $0.50 net

Kitting Over 3 items $0.15 net per additional item

Applying Label to a box or bag $0.15 net per label

Printing HP Label (see note 2) $0.20 net per label

Attaching a Customer supplied Hang tag $0.30 net per tag

Attaching a Split Ring $0.75 net per ring

Inserting a pen into a Portfolio $0.35 net per pen

Attaching a Lid to Drinkware (see note 3) $0.15 net per lid

Note 1 this is for standard items that are not easily broken or overtly large in nature. Drinkware must always be special request.

Note 2 this is for any label that can be printed at 34th on the HP machines. Larger labels must be special request.

Note 3 this must first be established that the lid can fit attached in the existing box.
