Embroidery Caps: 7000 — 10,000 stitch embroidery will be charged 1 set up at $28 net and 1 run charge of $0.28 net per piece regardless of stitch count.

Production: 3-5 business days after proof approval for 1 color, catalog quantity orders

Embroidery up to 7 days. Hit will not be held responsible for temporary inventory lapses or temporary production delays due to peak season production. Outsourced Production: Goods not physically produced at HIT Promotional Products are subject to the production time at the vendor. Typical production is 10 days but PSA will be made aware at time of order

Set Up Charges: Including set up for additional color $20

Exact Repeat Set Up: $0

LTM FEE — No Less Than Minimum fee. Order must be 1/2 of Catalog Minimum $0

No PMS Matching Fee

No Charge for Virtual samples

No Charge for Stock Sample Requests. Freight shipping costs will be invoiced accordingly and PSA will provide either Fed Ex or UPS Shipping account and instructions at time of order.

No Additional fee for USPS Priority or Express Mail shipping. Freight Cost to be invoiced accordingly Third Party Freight at no fee

No Hidden or ancillary fees such as handling fees, release fees, box fees, or miscellaneous fees unless agreed upon by PSA

No Price increase for the term of this contract. Pricing based on published 2017 Hit Catalog Price No Charge for exact quantities — 'Exact Quantity/' must be clearly marked on all PSA Purchase Orders No Charge for overruns or underruns -

Self-Promotion Program — EQP Net less 50%, for all orders. half first column quantity minimum. Self-Promotion Discounts do not apply to outsourced items.

Self-Promotion may be for PSA Worldwide, Military Awareness, Native American, Sexual Assault and Up Your Promotions.

Set-up fee on Self Promotion $0.00 for all imprint methods including 4CP

Self-Promotion Program - Additional color fees and setups will be waived for all self promotion products.

I had a couple meetings today to drill down how to really reduce the cost of our Zagabooks. I am going to give you prices as if we had to make 250 and 500 (empty) Zagabooks totally custom. However, as we discussed yesterday if we can figure out how to print, cut and score a larger quantity and then personalize just a small section with a hot stamp or label we will be able to bring the cost down significantly. This is my goal to make this work for your program. Please use the enclosed design templates and put together one of your titles on both of the Zagabooks. Leave and area for us to customize like you do with the sliders currently. We can then run some samples and look at different ways to customize this area and send you samples for approval. We have label printing, digital hot stamping, traditional hot stamping and pad printing they may work for us on this project. Also give me an idea of how many we can print of each title (2,500?) so I can calculate the lower price.
