PER Fred - This customer is NOT eligible for the 1 Day Rush Program.

Client tends to send in Rush Production Orders, without checking in advance. Started with 4 day, 3 day and we were just trying to accommodate them.

Eventually, Client started sending in 1 day turns. These Orders started to come over with custom requests.

Client was never formally offered the 1 Day Rush Program, but we were trying to do what we could.

Moving forward, any Rush Must be 3-5 Business Days with Waived Proofs and must be confirmed with Stephanie/Janita and the Production Team in advance.
