1. If out of stock, DO NOT process. Email us to determine replacement.
2. If order is for WHS99 - you wont be able to check stock, please proceed with order. DO NOT PUT ON HOLD.
3. If 24HR rush is noted next to the item# Please make top note: Return traveler to Janet or Kristina ASAP.
4. If order is requesting a ship date that is only giving 3 or less days production, YOU must add top note: GIVE TRAVELER BACK TO Janet or Kristina ASAP.- please DO NOT hold up order, unless you have questions about order.
5. If blank or unimprinted items are requested, Please move to the "LISA" folder.
6. If order is an embroidery order, Please move to the "LISA" folder.
7. If ship to address is Russell A. Farrow Limited (RAF) the Carrier Service should be under Suppler Instructions (usually FedEx Ground) and go 3 days out for an in hands date. (An in hands date MUST be listed on EVERY order!)
8. If item 898 is requested in blue there will need to be a top note added. Please note stock will need to be pulled from container 43267 or 47170 - (blue stock only)- no need to return traveler to Janet or Kristina.
9. If over 200 pcs of a non-woven tote requesting more than one imprint color, a top note will need to be added for traveler to come back to Janet or Kristina. #If item requested is #555 please DO NOT process, put on hold and email us to advise.
10. If ceramic mug order has requested a 3 or more color logo, put on hold and email us.
11. If the ship to address is listed as a PO box, proceed with address as TBA, and send us an email to advise. Please provide the po# in the email.
12. If item #404 is requested, DO NOT process. Put on hold and email us.
13. If item #308 is requested and we have stock in WH10 book the order under WH10, if we do not have any stock in WH10 for the color requested book the order under WH30 dispite what the order states.
14. If item #308 is requested and the ship to address is a school or church, please note to give traveler back to Janet or Kristina. #If imprint color is listed as 877 metallic silver, please note imprint color just as metallic silver, DO NOT note the numbers. Same this for 871 metallic gold. Just list as metallic gold, DO NOT list the numbers.
15. If pricing is off, DO NOT process. Please put on hold and email us.
16. If item #980 is requested in the color burgundy, please enter the pen color as red and proceed.
17. If no setup charge is noted and the order is noted as a repeat in the profile. Please pay attention to the profile and make note of what changes (ex: qty, item color, imprint color) This will no longer be noted on the order for you. *N/C repeat setup for 4IMPRINT orders.
18. If item 3071 or 3072 is requested in either RED or MAROON and is asking for a WHITE imprint. Please enter this order as a HEAT TRANSFER and not SILK SCREEN and proceed.
19. Please note that all ceramics will have an added cost of 0.065 net for protective packaging (this cost is included in the item cost)
20. If item #912 in blue is requested please make a top note, to be pull stock from PO#53346 and to give traveler back to Janet or Kristina.
21. If item #812 all colors w/ white grip is requested, please note: Goods to be pulled from NON HOMEWORK stock.
22. If item #306 is requested in the following colors, Please make a top note which PO# to pull the stock from and to RETURN TRAVELER TO Janet or Kristina.

• 306 ORANGE - pull from PO 49196 or 45888
• 306 ROYAL - pull from PO 46059
• 306 LIME - pull from PO 47046
• 306 BLACK - pull from PO 46059
• 1033 FOREST GREEN - pull from PO 68766

1. If item # 7149 is requested, the pro pack fee is already included in the item cost of $1.62 until june 1st.
2. If item #5893 is requested please make sure a top note is added to the order "***Caps must be screwed onto bottles prior to shipping*** PLEASE ALSO MAKE NOTE: this item can only be printed with a one color imprint! Please put on hold if they are requesting more than a one color imprint.
3. If item #4888 is requested please be sure to book this order under WHS30 as this item is printed from that facility. Do not process as WHS10.
