Helinger will receive EQP for 2011 unless otherwise noted on each order.

• All pricing listed is net pricing for the item including 1 color imprint 1 location

• All setups will remain as previously agreed upon at $20.00 net and re-order setup charges will be waived.

• All cap embroidery has been priced to include up to 8,000 stitches in 1 location (bags will include up to 6,000 stitches)

• 48 caps or more free tape for 1st location embroidery; orders below the 48 minimum add tape charge of $80.00 net and 1st column pricing will apply.

Less than Min. orders will be accepted on the following terms. An order may be placed for half of the first column quantity. The per piece price will be first column pricing (No EQP). An order placed for less than half the first column pricing will be accepted at first column pricing and a $40.00 net less than min charge.

Blank orders will only be taken at full case quantity. Caps can be ordered at a min of 24pcs for blanks.

We are in a position to offer EQP less 5 % on our headwear for all orders 144 pcs or more. Per CJ/Mike
