  • if quote is given for shipping and UPS number is also given, always use quote number- not shipper number


  • All pricing needs to do the following when being entered into the system on ALL products 
   *Round the 3rd number after the decimal (thousandth place) – 1-4-drop # from the price and 5-9 round to the next cent
  • ON XML/PO - The information in the PRODUCT AREA of the XML/PO will ALWAYS override the "INSTRUCTIONS" area. See that instructions says "UNLESS an alternative method/account is provided". (i.e. if a shipping quote is on the XML/PO and shipper # - ALWAYS use quote vs shipper #)
  • In shipping instructions on XML/PO state UPSN and ground PROCEED with UPSG - DO NOT PUT THE ORDER ON HOLD FOR THIS.

Set up charges are $25 net for any warehouse/factory location.
