All orders are to ship via FOB VAUGHN unless PO specifies otherwise. When shipping FOB Vaughn, ship via UPCST.
If the order is shipping FOB Florida - proceed with TBA for ship method.
TM: Servus - on item 5896 - production has already approved a 2 location imprint
If Staples Canada has a quote on their PO and the pricing is different than EQP, use the quote pricing even if it is higher than EQP.(per Mike Merkin) We will continue to quote Staples Canada for programs/coops FOB Toronto in Canadian dollars, however the pricing is EQP Plus 5% and will bill at that quoted price no matter what.
