2016 per Craig Donnelly

EQP (or better on large quotes ).

No charge spec samples including embroidery.

No charge virtuals, flyers, etc from our marketing department.

Samples are at no charge (exceptions anything over 20.00 net). Shamrock pays the shipping.

No repeat set up charges.

No proof charges (first proof at no charge) second one Shamrock pays for.

No embroidery tape charges on catalog stitch counts anything over the stitch count Shamrock pays the additional stitches per 1k at .25 net but no tape charge.
