  1. Pricing in AS400 is correct. If price is higher on PO, please correct to pricing in AS400. If pricing is lower than what is in AS400, email for clarification
  2. Set up charge for: ITEM# 7124 AND 5857 is $20.00
  3. All proofs are $5.00
  4. ART HAS BEEN SENT TO THE ART DEPT ON A DISK. ALL LOGOS HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED A NUMBER
  5. The phone number must be in Arial Font and the point size should be 17.5 whenever possible
