        • if their PO doesn’t match, but is HIGHER then we always accept*
  • EQP less 25% on any self promos
  • EQP Pricing
  • Customer pays all charges (PMS Match fees, Color change fees, tape charges) first proof is free
  • NO LTM Fees
  • NO Charge Spec Samples
  • No Charge samples when the cost is below $10.00
  • No handling charges when shipping on 3rd party shipper number
  • No over/under runs
  • Box carton label $0.20 NET each label for every order - NO CHARGE for packing slips : email files to the vendor if needed
  • Split orders labeled run with PO...... do not get the repeat set up charge for the second portion/split of their order - questions contact Summer
  • Be sure OA is going to the person placing/in charge of the order
