  • Ship UPS SHIPPER# V3Y600 unless otherwise instructed on purchase order
  • SHIP ALL CERAMICS IN PROTECTIVE PACKAGING AND CHARGE $5 PER CARTON
  • N/C PROOFS on all orders unless otherwise instructed on purchase order
  • ALL PROOFS e-mailed to: lifewayspecialtyimprints@lifeway.com
  • Less than minimum charges will apply to all except those items and quantiies listed below
  • Account is set up on EQP if item is not listed below - EQP price applies (except for those noted on our website where EQP does not apply)
  • Per Eric Carr: 2nd side imprint is N/C for ceramics and drinkware
