Order comes in and they show BLANKS which has to be crossed out.

They send their artwork and carton label template for each item ordered.

On two toned mugs, always have imprint color the color of the inside of mug unless it is a dark inside (like cobalt) then imprint color should be white.

Check stock, if out of stock notify tfl.lajos@gmail.com (Lajos) and tfl.services@gmail.com (Balazs) before order gets entered.

• Protective Packs 3.00 per carton on required all ceramic orders
• Color Change 20.00 net

NOTE: Run charges for 2 sides, labeling, metallic imprints they do not pay for.

Biz Rules:

• 1 set up charge, even if there is a 2 sided imprint
• No charge for proofs on all orders
• No charge PMS match
• No charge embroidery tape
• No charge for creating or applying labels

Email proofs: tfl.lajos@gmail.com and tfl.beci@gmail.com on all orders including repeats.

Order returned to Rep so labels can be put in traveler before order goes to art.

Apply UPC labels to each item (we supply and print the labels) (labels no longer have pricing per Tamas)

Apply labels with P.O. number and logo to outer carton, one on each end (we supply and print the labels).

No charge for applying the labels.

Pick Up all orders, even from Warehouse 99 (they are shipped here).
