They send the PO's over 2 ways - READ THE PO specs - if your not sure then ask Carey ( also Denny Vaughn for back up if needed )

LAYOUT 1 ***DOMESTIC BAGS **CODE D**- item 3071 black - they pay .894 net for bag black item 3071, labor charge (to attach tag fee) of $ .075 net per unit plus a set up. If new art then $40 net s/u fee and if repeat then $20 net set up. Add top note to PO that reads: SEE MATT FOR HARLEY HANG TAGS, note PACKING SLIP REQUIRED. Do not change pricing and make sure the tag fee line is on traveler!!!!! That is required on traveler otherwise they wont know these need tags added prior to shipping.

• • LAYOUT 2 ****BLANK PROGRAM **CODE B**- item 3071 black - they only pay $.20 net printing fee per unit plus set up. If new art then $40 net and if repeat art then $20 net. You must add top note that reads "RELEASE ORDER for printing/SEE MATT CALE for BLANK BAGS"

DO NOT CHANGE THIS! (these bags that were done overseas and already have the HARLEY hang tags attached, that is why this is a PRINT ONLY order)
