Pricing in AS400 is correct. If price is higher on PO, please correct to pricing in AS400. If pricing is lower than what is in AS400, email for clarification

  1. NO charge for first proof, all revised proofs are $12.00 per Teresa 2014
  2. Co-op program - TM = BAPTIST HEALTH - Set up $20.00
  3. item 9463 free proof - $16.00 set up per Teresa
  4. Approved for 24 hour rush service - per Ashlee 10/29/14
