• EQP, some exclusions apply for outsourced items. The website will be updated

• Set ups - o $20NET per color on new orders, WAIVED for repeats

• Self-promo – EQP less 20% on all items decorated at Hit (not outsourced). Retail brands self-promo vary by brand guidelines.

• No-charge random samples less than $10, shipper number must be provided.

• No-charge virtuals

• Embroidery - Repeat orders – extra charges, ½ off

• First e-proof is no charge. Any subsequent changes made by an artist is $12.
