Art holds: Customer says orders should NEVER be put on art hold. If an order is under $300, & we can print the art, even if it will be ugly, we're supposed to proceed, as-is. If it's over $300, we're supposed to cancel the order, noting in their portal (POM website) specifically what's wrong with the art. [We have the policy in writing from their management team.]

  • QR CODE

No $40 QR code charge Waived OK per CJ

We have in writing To confirm – we will not be responsible for situations where the QR code does not work except for if the QR code does not work due to poor print quality (for example, if the QR code does not work because it’s smeared). If the QR code does not work due to poor print quality, then we would ask for a credit/re-print of that order, just like any other order where there is an issue with print quality.

If we run into more than 1 issue—we will stop this. I think once the industry gets on board with this they will make a change on their end.
