1. Pricing in AS400 is correct. If price is higher on PO, please correct to pricing in AS400. If pricing is lower than what is in AS400, email for clarification.
2. If order comes in requesting UPS ground shipping, go ahead and change to Fed Ex Ground unless specified on the order.
3. All orders must include packing slips.
4. For the per piece unit price on all orders, take Kaeser & Blair's total listed on line one divided by quantity. This will be the correct unit price unless specified on the order.
5. If proofs are requested, please e-mail the proof to the e-mail address listed in the middle section of the order.
6. If order indicates 'Quote per Craig' - then their pricing is correct. The total amount on line one needs to be divided by the quantity being ordered.
7. There are a few items for which Kaeser & Blair does not pay re-peat set-up charge. This will be noted on order.
8. On embroidered items, Kaeser & Blair's prcing for caps includes up to 8,000 stitches, and up to 7,000 stitches for embroidered bags and blankets. Free tape carghes on caps & bagsof 48 pieces or more, free tape charges on blankets for 12 pieces or more.
9. If an order states $30.00 set-up charge, this has been quoted by Greg Donnelley in Sales -- this pricing is correct
10. Per Craig Donnelley - for 2010, if an order for 5,000 pcs #92 (repeat order) comes in (as of 2-12-10) Craig will honor a unit price of .44 net each and a no charge repeat set-up charge.
