They send the PO's over 2 ways - READ THE PO specs - they have it set up exactly how we need them to in order to process correctly - READ THE PO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LAYOUT 1 ***DOMESTIC BAGS - PO will provide the pricing EXACTLY how we are to enter it. Add top note to PO that reads: SEE MATT FOR HARLEY HANG TAGS, note PACKING SLIP REQUIRED. Do not change pricing and make sure the tag fee line is on traveler!!!!! That is required on traveler otherwise they wont know these need tags added prior to shipping.

• • LAYOUT 2 ****BLANK PROGRAM - PO will only have a printing fee and set up noted. You must add top note that reads "RELEASE ORDER/SEE MATT CALE for BLANK BAGS"

DO NOT CHANGE THIS! Run charge is always .20 net and set up will either be $20 net if repeat art or $40 net if new art. READ PO - they send over exactly how we are to process it!!!!
