2. - Any orders rec'd showing a delivery address for Canada, please question - May need to ship to RAF
3. If the ship to address is listed as a PO box, proceed with address as TBA, and send us an email to advise. Please provide the po# in the email.
4. REPEAT ORDERS do not get setup charges. If order has a setup charge please proceed without the setup charge.

12. If item #980 is requested in the color burgundy, please enter the pen color as red and proceed.
