  3. Set up charge = $20 net per color
  4. Tape charge = waived for embroidery orders
  5. PMS color match = $20 net
  6. LTM fee = $20 net
  7. 1/2 MOQ = EQP pricing
  8. Program orders = re-order set up charges waived for EXACT repeat orders
  9. Free spec samples = exceptions include contract items
