- Each PO will have a freight quote on it. MAKE SURE THIS IS ADDED TO THE ORDER. THIS APPLIES EVEN IF THE PURCHASE ORDER SAYS TO SHIP VIA HIT EQUAL. THE FREIGHT QUOTE MUST BE ADDED.

- $22 setups for $36 net
- $20 setups for $32 net

- No handling charges
- As of 4/23/13 customer has been advised of the current pricing for item 9059 and the Under $1 flyer is incorrect.
