All Nokia orders:
- No LTM charge. Must order at least half first column minimum.
- Set-ups discounted to $20 net each for Nokia program. DO NOT change set-ups on PO's without asking Krista first!
- N/C repeat set-ups
- Polybag charge for #1900 mouse pads is $1.25 net per polybag.
