Art files that are 10mb or larger should be uploaded via a special FTP site. FTP sites require users to use special software known as an FTP client in order to upload files, and FTP ports have to be open on the firewall.

Under the 'My Account' menu is an option to upload art

When they click on that option, it will ask for the following information:

Art files that are smaller than 10mb should be emailed to hitart@hitpromo.net.

Art files that are 10mb or larger should be uploaded via our website www.hitpromo.net. Under the 'My Account' menu is an option to upload art When they click on that option, it will ask for the following information: -PO Number -Contact Name -Contact Email -Contact Phone Number -Comments ( if they want to include)

They will complete those items attach the art (up to 100mb) and click the green button to upload art.
