Production is approximately 7 working days.
First 5 pens are placed in a bag, and that bag is bar coded. Then, 25 bags (125 pens) are placed in a box, and it is bar coded with a different bar code label. Then, 4 of those boxes are placed in a master carton (total of 500 pens), and it has a 3rd type of bar code placed on it.
Exact quantity HAS to be shipped every time, but any overruns can be saved and used in the next shipment.
