All pre-production proofs are to be booked as standard orders with the ship date that the customer is expecting these based on the in hands date/ship date that they provide.
Policies:
- All orders with pre-production proofs will be placed in yellow travelers with a stamp that reads product proof.
- Once the proof is complete the factory will bring the traveler along with at least 2 samples up to the customer service team leader/sales and they will send it out from there.
- Jake we are going to put a max of 3 working days to get a product proof complete in the factory, unless we are dealing with multi color transfers, which should be 5 working days if we are producing the transfers in house and 7 working days for 4CP imprint that we would outsource the transfers on.
- If the customer does not approve the proof w/ in 48 hours of us sending the proof out, we will then automatically bump there ship date out accordingly if we are working on a tight time frame. If we have ample time, we can leave the ship date as is.
