  19. If no setup charge is noted and the order is noted as a repeat in the profile. Please pay attention to the profile and make note of what changes (ex: qty, item color, imprint color) This will no longer be noted on the order for you. *N/C repeat setup for 4IMPRINT orders.
  20. If item 3071 or 3072 is requested in either RED or MAROON and is asking for a WHITE imprint. Please enter this order as a HEAT TRANSFER and not SILK SCREEN and proceed.
  21. Please note that all ceramics will have an added cost of 0.065 net for protective packaging (this cost is included in the item cost)
  22. If item #306 is requested in the following colors, Please make a top note which PO# to pull the stock from and to RETURN TRAVELER TO Janet or Kristina.

  24. 1033 FOREST GREEN - pull from PO 68766
  25. If item # 7149 is requested, the pro pack fee is already included in the item cost of $1.62 until june 1st.
  26. If item #5893 is requested please make sure a top note is added to the order "***Caps must be screwed onto bottles prior to shipping*** PLEASE ALSO MAKE NOTE: this item can only be printed with a one color imprint! Please put on hold if they are requesting more than a one color imprint.
  27. If item #4888 is requested please be sure to book this order under WHS30 as this item is printed from that facility. Do not process as WHS10.
