For items #9072, #9075, and item #LB0 Lip Moisturizer (4-Color Process on a White Label) -- ONLY if exact repeat, no set up, per Alan Gibson.

REPEAT SET UP for item # IWM-MINTS-FC (full color option)- we charge a repeat setup $52 NET, per Scott Leonard.

REPEAT SET UP for item# IWM-MINTS (1 color imprint) - add reorder set up $26NET. Per Scott Leonard.
