2024: Drop ship charge $5 net per address.

• no proof on 1 day rush orders even though the PO states it
• 2-3 day rush on all orders with exception to items not valid for 1 day rushes
• free email proofs per Amanda
• Hit Equal when needed
• Regular EQP on LTM with $40 net LTM fee.
• On all sunglasses, 72 minimum with no LTM Fee
• N/C handling charge when shipping 3rd party
• No embroidery tape charge
• N/C color match for TM: Alexa Cafe
• N/C color match for TM: Audible
• item 80002, EQP and no charge LTM on qty's of 25
• NO PMS match charge per Amanda.
